Martin Jenkins (CIEH) is one of the most talented jazz and blues keyboard players in the South West. He is a highly in demand and well respected musician specialising in jazz, blues, improvisation and composition. Diana obtained her B.A. in music at Dartington College of Arts in 2001 and have been teaching piano, voice and theory for 20 years. She lived in Ottawa Canada for 7 years, using the Royal Conservatory of Music Examination (RCM) board. Now living back in the UK, she offers pupils the opportunity to take exams with the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) examination board from grade 1 to 8 in piano, singing and music theory.

Diana, BMus(Hons) has sung in many choirs and performed in musical events and theatre in both Ottawa, Canada and here in Devon and Cornwall. She has been a member of Opera South West and has performed in the Drum Theatre and in the Theatre Royal Plymouth. Her operatic performances include Jacques Offenbach’s ‘Orpheus in the Underworld’, George Bizet’s ‘Carmen’ and Johann Strauss’ ‘Die Fledermaus’.
Catherine won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music, where she gained her Licentiate in teaching (LRAM) with Distinction. She has been teaching singing for more than 25 years and has a wide range of experience in a variety of different styles. Before moving to Plymouth, Catherine was Head of Singing at the prestigious BRIT school for Performing Arts as well as teaching undergraduates at Cambridge University. She currently teaches singing at Plymouth University and South West Music School.
Guitar
Rob Williams

Rob has been playing guitar for 40 years and has played well over 1000 gigs! He is self taught with no formal qualifications but has been teaching Guitar since 2006 both in schools and private lessons at all levels. He also writes and records his own music for his own band and for others. Rob currently plays in 2 bands: The Filthy Gorgeous and The Hungry Bears, but over the years he has played in many others including Joey the Lips. He currently teaches at the King’s School in Plymouth.

Martin Dale
LRAM, LTCL, LGSM

Martin is one of the busiest and most popular saxophonists in the South West. An Ex-Royal Marines Band Master, Martin worked on the Q.E.2 as lead alto player, backing such artists as Tom Jones, Neil Sedaka and Petula Clark. He has subsequently recorded for the BBC on radio and television sound tracks and to date he has released 8CDs which have been played on Radio 2,3 and Jazz FM. Martin makes regular appearances at UK Jazz festivals.
